We invite professional contemporary artists from all corners of the globe to submit their most ambitious and innovative projects. The Prize recognises excellence across several key categories:

• Grand Prix - Project of the Year: For a body of work or singular project demonstrating exceptional artistic achievement and profound conceptual engagement.
• Emerging Talent Award (Young Artist under 35): Celebrating the bold vision and potential of the next generation of leading artists.
• New Frontiers in Media Art: Honouring groundbreaking work in digital, video, interactive, AI-driven, and other technology-based artistic mediums.

The Kandinsky Award Foundation offers curatorial fellowships and welcomes proposals for exhibitions and public programmes that align with our mission. We seek to partner with innovative curators and institutions to create impactful presentations of contemporary art that stimulate dialogue and reach diverse audiences internationally.

Our esteemed international jury and expert advisory panels are comprised of leading museum directors, curators, art historians, and influential artists. While selection is primarily by invitation, we continuously seek to identify distinguished professionals in the field.
